My prized organic potatoes
Most everything here is grown from offcuts. Eat a romaine, put the end cut in water and re-sprout it, etc. -- and it's all organic.
Sexy boots
Dug up these potatoes prior to tilling and replanted them.
The Supervisor was ensuring it was done correctly.

When it started raining we called it for the day and Brad started making his specialty...
He has asked a few people to sample it as he is thinking of selling it at the market... (well, likely me selling it at the market)...
More garden and specialty to come...
That's going to be quite the big garden and will definitely keep you happy puttering for many hours this summer.
ReplyDeleteWe 'think' we want to buy a place with some land so we can have a garden... this will be a good test if that is a good idea or a waste of money.
DeleteIt's a good thing the Landlord tilled that plot for you because doing it with a smaller machine would have taken days. That's a big garden but the time you will invest you will benefit from its return. Whether investing in land just for that purpose would be a hard call.
